1. Why was the start of the Pre-Sale postponed from the 2nd to the 3rd quarter of this year?
While testing the Pre-Sale functionality, our team encountered several recurring issues with third-party software wallets like MetaMask and Trust Wallet. As a result, we needed additional time to test these scenarios across different devices and operating systems to ensure a seamless experience for all users.

2. How soon will the Pre-Sale be expected to start and what is it needed for?
The Pre-Sale is the first public round of our token distribution. It offers our community the chance to access NYS tokens before the exchange launch. This round will enable our company to accelerate various business processes, including product line development and the opportunity to conduct high-quality marketing for our products. The start of the Pre-Sale is anticipated to commence soon and will be announced on our social media plus Binance Live special AMA session.

3. How will the process of buying NYS tokens on the Pre-Sale take place?
We will conduct the Pre-Sale on our website nodesys.io. The purchase can only be made using USDT on the BNB Smart Chain network, where the NYS token currently operates. Once the website is updated, you will be able to go to the Pre-Sale section, connect your wallet, and make a purchase transaction. After completing the transaction, the buyer will receive the full amount of NYS tokens directly to their address.

4. Will there be any instructions for participating in the Pre-Sale?
Yes, at the start of the Pre-Sale, we will publish a video guide on how to participate using both a mobile and a desktop device. This guide will be available in multiple languages to ensure everyone can easily join the Pre-Sale.

5. Why did you decide to conduct a pre-sale on your side?
First reason . There are more frequent cases when third-party services do not fulfill their obligations to companies, like us.
The next reason is that third-party services take at least 5% of all funds raised
And the third reason: testing of vesting and unlocking takes place on our side. We operate on our own Pre-Sale smart contract, which is secure and previously successfully passed an audit.

6. Will there be limits on the purchase of tokens during the Pre-Sale?
Yes, the minimum purchase amount is 10 USDT, and the maximum limit is 50,000 USDT per wallet address. These limits are necessary to create an economically predictable situation when entering the exchanges. The maximum purchase limit per one address helps protect the community from the participation of whales in the Pre-Sale.

7. Is it possible to buy tokens in excess of the established limit during the Pre-Sale?
The limit applies to each individual address. If a buyer has multiple wallets, there is the opportunity to buy tokens within the limit for each individual address. But you should keep in mind the vesting period of pre-sale tokens and following questions will relate to the process of unlocking NYS.

8. Why did you decide to use vesting for Pre-Sale and IDO tokens?
The first reason is to stabilize the token price when entering the market. Vesting prevents a massive sale of NYS tokens during listing, as tokens are unlocked gradually, reducing the risk of significant price fluctuations.
The second reason is to strengthen the motivation of the community. The gradual unlocking of tokens encourages holders to remain invested for a longer period, sharing goals and achieving them together.

9. How will the vesting process work for Pre-Sale and IDO tokens?
The initial unlocking of Pre-Sale and IDO tokens will occur just before listing on exchanges. Subsequent unlocking will take place monthly from the 10th to the 20th of each month. At least 4% of addresses from the total maximum number of blocked addresses of buyers will be randomly selected for unlocking each month. This structured approach ensures a fair and gradual distribution of tokens over time.

10. How does the buyer know that their tokens have been unlocked?
Youβll be able to check the status of vesting and unlocking on the main page of our website nodesys.io by connecting your wallet with the address used for purchasing tokens during the Pre-Sale. We strongly advise against attempting to transfer locked tokens to other addresses, as it will result in an empty transaction with the loss of funds due to significantly higher transaction fees. Be careful, when attempting to transfer locked tokens, fees will be set at a rate of hundreds times higher than standard fees. After your tokens are unlocked, the transaction fees for sending tokens will return to lower rates.

11. Is it possible to get a discount when participating in the Pre-Sale?
Yes, the Pre-Sale will offer promo codes for active community members, buyers of hardware nodes, and opinion leaders. The Cellframe community will also have a separate promo code. All promo codes will provide a 2% discount on the purchase of NYS tokens. We have already formed a list of active community members who will receive a promo code at the start of the Pre-Sale.

12. What will happen to the unsold NYS tokens from the Pre-Sale?
According to our tokenomics, 50% of the unsold NYS tokens from the Pre-Sale will be burned. The remaining 50% will be sent to the company's public escrow address, with the possibility of withdrawing no more than 5% of the maximum number of tokens per escrow address once a month.

13. Why did you decide to postpone the listing on the crypto exchanges to the 4th quarter?
First. We have analyzed the markets and expect a more favorable trading situation for listing in Q4.
Second. At the moment, we have not determined the exact start date of the IDO.

14. What is the expected value of the NYS token at the Pre-Sale and the next round of IDO?
NYS token Pre-Sale price will be 3 cents. The price of the NYS token during the IDO is planned to be from 10 to 25% higher than the price during the Pre-Sale.

15. How can I pay for a Node Pro pre-order?
Payment for the Node Pro pre-order will be made in USDT. The hardware buyer needs to purchase NYS tokens during the Pre-Sale equivalent to 599 USDT. When making the purchase, the buyer should include the word "Node" in the name field and provide their email for communication. Our team sees all transactions. When the device is ready for shipment, the buyer returns the NYS tokens through our technical support, and we send the Node Pro. The delivery cost is charged separately, depending on the delivery region. There is no additional reward in NYS tokens for Node Pro buyers.

16. Would the Node Pro run a Cellframe Master Node?
Yes, Node Pro can operate as a master node in all projects of the Celframe ecosystem.

17. Can I stake NYS tokens on a hardware node?
Yes, you will be able to stake NYS tokens plus CELL and KEL tokens on a Node Pro.

18. Do other networks except CELL or KEL be supported for the master node role?
By this time itβs only Cellframe ecosystem networks. Node.sys network is expected to be launched in the 4th quarter of 2024. Also, Celframe and KelVPN are already launched. Plus we are expecting a QVM network in the near future of the Celframe ecosystem.

19. What is included with the node.sys hardware. For example, how many node.sys tokens for a bonus I will get?
Bonuses are not provided while pre-ordering Node.sys hardware

20. Is there a limit per person for preordering the number of nodes?
There are no limits on the purchase of hardware nodes
